1 · Logging in
Key your own 4-digit PIN. Your name appears in the top bar and tags every order. Tap your name chip anytime to lock the screen or switch user. Waiters see Tables, Order, Kitchen and Menu — Reports and Office are manager-only.
2 · Tables screen (home)
Green "Free" = tap to start an order. Amber = open bill (amount, items, time) — tap to add rounds or take payment. 🥡 = takeaway. Grab / Foodpanda / Kerala Eats / Catering tiles = delivery & catering orders — use the Ref button for the platform's order number. No service charge on these.
3 · Building the order
Browse the category chips or type in the search bar ("bir", "moj"...) to find any item fast. Tap to add; items with options (Half/Full, add-ons, 30ml/60ml/Bottle) pop a picker.
★ HOLD an item line in the cart → add a note ("less spicy").
★ HOLD a cocktail card (📖) → full recipe: pours, method, garnish.
4 · Send vs Charge
Send fires food to the kitchen printer and drinks to the bar printer NOW — the bill stays open. Sent items lock ("sent ✓") and can never print twice. Add rounds anytime; only new items fire. Charge when they want the bill: Cash (auto 5¢ rounding + change), PayNow, Card, NETS or GrabPay.
5 · Discounts & Members
+ Discount: quick % or $ off with a reason. ☆ Member: key the phone number — discount applies automatically and they earn points (1 pt per $1). New customer? Type their name — signed up on the spot.
★ Tap the member chip AGAIN to redeem points (10 pts = $1) — or type R to remove the member.
6 · Kitchen / Bar screen
Live tickets, filter All / Kitchen / Bar. Timer goes red past 15 min. Ready ✓ → Served — clear. 🖨 reprints a lost docket.
★ TAP a drink's name on a bar ticket → its recipe pops up while you build it.
7 · Manager only
Reports: sales, top sellers, red VOIDS alert box — voids need a reason + manager PIN. Office: petty cash · invoices · expenses · EOD report (print at closing, count drawer vs "Expected") · Bar stock (auto-deducts pegs/beers; + Stock for deliveries, Adjust for stocktake) · Members · QR menu · Settings.
8 · Golden rules
1. Log in as yourself — never share PINs.
2. Send as soon as the order is taken.
3. Closing: EOD print + drawer count + Export CSV.
4. Tills sync live; if wifi drops keep working — it catches up.
5. Problems? Tell the manager — don't improvise.
